This brightened up my morning considerably! Another cool-than-cool production that hits the spot. Many thanks indeed for using my stuff—very happy to be in this band!

We are happy to have you aboard, Javo.

This session sounds more like a blues jam than a band. After hearing Kevin’s Porch Blues track with the authentic “ever present” harmonica, thought we should all try to join the jam … without a drummer ‘:0)

Thanks for this. Many years ago I saw a great Ry Cooder video, where he was playing with a big band, including brass, piano, percussion etc. I think he was playing with Flaco Jimenez too. Anyway, it was a real feelgood vibe. This track kinda takes me back there! Thanks again—your stuff is always cool and superb.

A roomful of players and no drummer well that’s the way it goes. Some great stuff in there trf, superb piano intro - really nice slide playing; all very enjoyable.

Thanks, DM

Recording a piano intro was an after thought that seems to have legs.

For god’s sake man, give a dog a bone. (Blues very.)

LOL Excellent comment, Speck

A dog without a bone is an iconic blues image “:0)

Perfect! I’ve been thinking about dressing up as the blues tonight when I go to my Halloween festivities and this song is just the perfect soundtrack for that activity!
