Hey Sub, glad you have revisted your “Eurydice” piece and reinterpreted it. I’m not a stranger to your earlier stems and this piece has pointed me in the direction of how I can use those stems with a real purpose. Very good track, pity about the weather though mate.

Thanks, Scomber. Good of you to remember the (almost) original version. I always wanted to do something different with it for a project I have been working on and which is now practically finished.

When you have lived all your live in the low lands you get used to the weather. No reason not to complain about it though. ;-)

Beautiful sounds with threatening tension in the rhythm track offset by the ethereal keys and vocals sonically illustrating the conflict between the upper/under worlds. Poor Eurydice — she doesn’t have a chance!

She actually never had. Thanks for the continuing support. I do realise that this track might not be to everybody’s liking. But then again, what of mine ever is. ;-)

This has a ‘storm brewing’ quality I really, really like. It makes me want to do a savage tango or apache dance to it. Is that weird? Don’t answer. I love the flash of sound at the end too.

I won’t… That sound at the end isn’t even the whole sample, which wasn’t that long to begin with, but for me it justifies the somewhat long bass sequence towards the end. Thanks!
