Hah, yeah, our neighborhood, whole town really, is well populated with free range turkeys. Emily feeds them, so there’s almost always some in the yard. Like low grade peacocks. One particularly harsh winter I cleared a space in the two feet or so of snow to facilitate the feeding. I would get up at dawn and there would be fifty of them (I counted) roosting in the trees waiting to be fed. Quite the sight.
