this is a wicked idea, but i’m not sure the sample you used is going to clear for this.

This has fantastic production values and overall a solid sound with well balanced tracks. The overall sound itself is fantastic as well, bringing to mind downtempo Butthole Surfers and a host of ambient “college rock”. However, this track quickly becomes a bit monotonous. It suffers from a lack of strong hook to carry out the repition and has little variation. The variation towards the end would be a good start, esp between the 0:56 and 1:18 mark. A small breakdown or bridge around there or perhaps a bit closer to 1:50 would have helped carry this mix out a bit more. 3/5 Great basic sound and production. Needs more to carry the mix for the length.
