I like the keyboards here, and the way that the percussion fits nicely. I think that the strings electronica backing in the mix should be pulled up, to give the piece more of a “wall of melody”. The problem I have with this mix is that the sound is so vivid, but somehow not “rich” enough—not a “warm enough melody”, to my ears.
I like that you’re able to get a pretty dense mix, and yet keep the vocals easy to understand. The instrumental break with the guitar is effective. It fits perfectly and is timed just right in the song. The little “sustained chord” extro is just right. This is a clever mix. |

i really like your mix! It sounds a little bit french, and i quite like the french style of calm electronic with groove :)
