I love how you deconstructed the stanza at the end which is so fitting for this project that at its core is about deconstructing and reconstructing space. And of course, to end with the words, “we start” is perfect, especially as it will be part of a loop so the next track will just “start.” Thank you so much for this terrific contribution to The White Cube Project — I am so glad you are a part of it!

The approach I was going for focused on you as kind of a virtual docent, while using Gurdonark’s sparse backing as kind of a sensory backdrop of wandering through an exhibit with you. I guess the best analogy would be listening to this with one of those walkman w/headphone deals you see at most big museums. do they do that anymore? remember walkmans? cassettes? :) anyways, outstanding work on the vocals, and i loved G’s sample set enough to stick to it.
