Wow, what a unique combination of sound and style! I am so pleasantly surprised :) That’s you on guitar? A smooth down-tempo reggae blend good for body and soul. Thanks for including me.

I heard Jeris’ Gamma Waves the other day and I thought “I gotta have these” and then I heard your track which took it up a level. Nice work! Singing bowl is perfect.
So, as it happened, your track was playing on a different tab when I was checking out Vadim’s dubcatcher samples, they just fell together. I put both my hands up in the air…yes!!! You and Vadim made my job easy, all I had to do was, well you know, dig the dubcatcher! |

Inspired concept, impeccable execution. Very much enjoyed.

The trick with this one, as with a lot of mixes, was taking stuff away, keeping it minimal. It’s magical what deleting parts can accomplish.

Agreed. That’s kind of exactly what I always thought dub was (based on listening to a lot of it way back when it first emerged), taking stuff away, a b-side reduction of an a-side reggae song. Mostly the beats and bass of the original song with small amounts of the melody and large amounts of reverb and delay. I think dub may actually have been the beginning of the re-mix concept.
