I love how this delicately sung, and clearly and understatedly pronounced. Very easy to work with I’m figuring. Any timing mistakes can be fixed by edit. :)
I love reading the lyric for this. I don’t know if it is necessary for me to understand a story’s message the way you did; I only need to get the narrative. I suppose that is why I’ve always had a great affection for storytelling songs. As to the writer’s block, I hear ya. In one right now, and I’m sure I’ll rejoice like you did when I crack it. :) |

I too am I big fan of storytelling songs…it is something that I have tried to do more in my music, because it’s so easy to just brain vomit and end up with song upon song about nothing.
And breaking writer’s block is a wonderful thing. I’ll rejoice with you when yours passes. :) |

This piece just further adds to my belief that you should be categorized in the great female singer/songwriters of the common day such as Imogen Heap and Regina Spektor. You have so much talent and every song is so diverse i love it haha

What a wonderful piece, Jacinda. It’s made a big impression on me. The lyrics are outstanding and I love the sweet, wistful intimacy of your vocal. Whenever you upload something new I know I’m in for a treat; I know it’s going to be really, really interesting and classy. xxxx

Gripping- story, lyrics, melody… wonderful. I just finished listening to this three times. Now I must visit what others have done with it. I totally get the Regina comparison… I also hear Paula Cole in your phrasing … some Sarah McLachlan in your voice… Fabulous work.
