cool remix!

You may have already wondered about this: if you upload an additional version at 44.1KHz sample rate, the builtin flash player will be able to play your remix, the little speaker icon will be displayed, and more people are likely to listen to your musical goodness :-)

What I’ve been wondering is why flash is retarded like that; but I think in flash 9 they redid all the audio stuff; and I am pretty sure they did again in flash 10 which just got released ( they have some really awesome audio features now that could be used to ). Maybe if I have time I will see whats up.

Oh and thanks :D

oops - lol - /me grabs cluestick for self flagellation!

By the way: is that programmatic intelligence in your player to stop a previously playing player when I hit play on a song, while another one is still playing? It’s one of those elegant things which sets ccM apart from many other sites.

no I didn’t do that. I don’t want to get to deep into it but basically all I did was make a really simple JavaScript API; the whole thing is around 100 lines of code.

the API is they key - and 100 lines of code is often better than 1000!

In any case, good to meet you online like this, and hope to hear more of your music as time goes on!
