Love how you put lightness into Snowflake’s vocal.

Thanks Statvolt. That’s the least that i could do. But, i’m always afraid when i’m using wind instruments..

reading the introduction to your mix caused me to burst into tears….and open my heart widely with appreciation. this is delicate, beautiful…i love the development of the last section with the combination of the horns and musicbox voicings.
i’ve missed your music and am so honored and grateful to receive this beautiful creation on this very special day. peace and love, always. |

Last saturday evening, decided that i was, to return to the music, and to ccMixter, the first thing that i’ve read is your tragedy. I’ve thought to you all the night long, and to your little sister. So, i’ve got out early sunday morning and i’ve started this remix and worked all the day long. I didn’t work today, i could finish it. I wanted that my first new remix be for you..

Very fine work, Ditto. Your music supports and carries the story told by Snowflake in a very sublime and rare way so that the words are almost unneccesary. Beautiful!

Thank you StPaul. I think that this story needed a special treatment. But, i didn’t want to fall in the “pathos”, and i’ve just tried to add a touch of hope.

This has been a month in which the news is filled with tales of personal despair. I am not entirely starry-eyed, but I vote in favor of music boxes and the hope for joy.
Yesterday I watched the film “Le père de mes enfants”, about the strength of love and family and the terrible effects of despair. I am glad to hear creativity at work to express these paradoxes, such as this lovely remix you created here. |

The music box is really a timeless sound, but telling so much to everyone..
“Le père de mes enfants”, i didn’t know this film. I’ve to leran more about it..I’ll do.. |
