The guitar and the drums are really cool, and create a nice feel. The fx on the original sample are fun, but to my ears the sound levels cause a bit of clipping beyond the distortion which might usually be intended for the sample.

If you bring down the sound levels a bit, while keeping the cool fx sound, then I think the piece, particularly in its early parts, would be more fun. I love to experiment with morphing signal to offbeat avenues, though, so it’s interesting to hear what you’ve done here,

I also thought the bass melody sounded really nice. You might want to see if tweaking the EQ (lower the bass frequencies) might help. Sounds muddy with the earphones I’m using. Nice tune, as I said.
