Cool and interesting. I like the Fibonacci approach. Maths and music go hand in hand, but the math part is usually hidden or not too obvious.

The math is over my head but the music sits very nicely inside that same head. I really like the sound of that Rust library. I recently read about another library sampled from all parts of, and methods of extracting sound from, a violin. Makes me think I should delve into the realm of Kontakt.

the abstract formula likes a bit intimidating but in a Fibonacci sequence each number is the result of adding up the two previous number, starting with 0 and 1, that’s all. so you have 0+1=1, 1+1=2, 1+2=3, 2+3=5 etc, and so it goes 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34…
i never enjoyed maths in school but in retrospect i blame teachers and curriculum |

Yeah, I picked up K8 last week based on your forum rec, so be sure and contact NI for your commission ;-). And you had me at “Fibbonacci’s” since I’d have probably cracked up at just about anything that followed. Looking forward to the remix titles accordingly….
