Well i am glad you like it. One of my favourite rappers is LL Cool J who always gets a radio commercial friendly feel ( guess thats me style wise)

Your tone is the same. What i like about this mix is that it sounds like you are a radio Dj introducing the cut and then just go into the flow. It was great fun doing it.

Oh great LS is doing Hip Hop now. And the first line in the description is “This was a relatively easy do.”

Yeah you can call me JOSE too.

Subtle and lovely. Normally rap has a hard time keeping my attention but your mix kept me listening all the way through and then some. I love the CG accents.

Wonderful!

This was ill - I like the way the old skool rap vocal rubs against the subtle groove you created. Also diggin’ that subliminal CG ‘Restless nights’ vocal thingy…Very, VERY nice, sir!!!

I may have to change my name to JOSE
Jealous. Ones. Still. Envy.

Mix is 100% on point. Love the KC and CG vocals on this.

I like the horn and keys melody from the beginning. The bass line underneath the vocal is very appealing. The way you’ve set the rap in the mix is very nice. It’s very propulsive—one wants to dance along.

The “when the weather breaks” backing is wonderful.

The little “whoosh” around 2:30 is very nice.

The chorus which repeats “oh, yeah” is a bit too old-fashioned for my taste.

What a gorgeous remix. Well done!
