Thanks for this! This is what ccMixter is about for me: extending the musical creative process and conversation. The strings section added to the feeling of hope and solemnity. Plus it made the overall track more interesting (rather than hearing the vocals and piano all the time). BTW — and this is not a criticism but more of an opinion — I would have opted for a deeper/ lower strings section. Thanks again for this!

Yes that is what ccmixter is about for me too. This was ment as an idea for someone with a real cello to do his or her own thing cause real instuments have far more soul than the sampeled ones i use, that was what i would gladly see and make this a project to make a beautiful song more beautiful and outstanding as it is already. Maybe someone with a flute can create a nice intro on this or something like that.
