“Agent Blues” made me think of some Film Noir detective mystery novel. When I found Abstract Audio’s “Incantantrix (I feel nothing)” MIDI containing the jazzy bass and piano parts, it made me think of a Asimov detective mystery novel.

So, imagine you are watching a book-to-screen adaption of Scifi grandmaster Isaac Asimov’s The Caves of Steel ( more info here). This is the theme song for Elijah Baley, the plain-clothes human police officer who has been called from Earth to investigate a murder in a Spacer colony.
