Hi, I am looking for single instrument sound samples (for example all the notes of a flute etc.) preferrably in aif or wav format.

Does anyone have a clue where to find such things? I know that IOWA university has a huge philharmonica library, but I also look for world music instrument sounds (and NOT loops!)

They’re VST plugins (and free), but a large variety of instruments are represented. I hope this helps.
