Hey whats up, sorry I didnt respond sooner. But I think I figured out the problem. I have a mac and I was trying to upload using Safari. When I used internet explorer it worked just fine. Maybe Safari isnt compatible?

There’s no reason why Safari should not work, but unfortunately I’m not sitting at a location with a mac so this one will take a while to track down.

I think it is an issue with safari
i had the same issue and was really confused, then used firefox, and bingo, no probs. |
