Last night some topics showed up (and disappeared) pointing at some corruption in the topics database (the topics database is used for everything from reviews, forum posts, collab threads, etc. so when when one of these screws up, they all screw up)

I think I may know what caused it and I’m hoping everything should be good to go from now on.
