This is tops man. Very cool stuff. I guess I could have done with more variation on the piano melody, and it seemed like it was running out of ideas toward the end. But pretty cool nonetheless.

I like that piano intro, and the cut-the-poker basic percussion. I like the way that the voice blends in, and the subtle horn samples.

In the “who the hell is he anyway” segment, the backing sounds are a bit too background. I respect the need to have the vox heard, but a little more than voice would help.
This “too quiet” in the backing resolves itself when the horns and the refrain come on just right.

This one needs a long, jazzy instrumental break, to avoid monotony. I enjoy it as it is, though.

Nice feel to it. Real hip hop, I could picture someone like Mos Def flowing over this, or Talib. Simple, but it works.

Not sure I like the vocals over it. But if someone else wrote something else to this, I think it’d be crazy.

/me is bobbing his head
