Thank you C:), I have been so swamped lately and I know I have a lot of listening to catch up on here. You pump so many tunes out it’s hard just to keep up with you lol.

Very cool. The way you pitch shifted the vocals into a different melody was very creative. And I love these two pells together- very fitting. The guitar is completely hot. The drums completely rocking. And the clapping is great addition. In summary, very cool and creative remix! Thanks for using my vox.

Thanks Kara :) and thanks for re_singing some stuff! It really made all the difference. Your vocal is very sweet in this.

Popilicious! And yeah, the guitar is almost as sweet as Kara, but not quite, because, especially here, she is pretty darn sweet!

Kara and you are two of the most talented people around here. You’re a perfect match. Who does your mastering? You? I wish I could make radioready mixes like these.

Thanks man. Sometimes I get lucky and other times I don’t lol. Protools has a mastering plugin called Maxim and it comes with 4 presets. I use to use the plugin when I was mixing down but that was a mistake. Now I do a mix and then bring the mix back in and then try Maxim.

Allrightie. What’s the name of the preset you use? They usually have names as you know, Unplugged, R’n’b and so on. Really curious.

In the past my mixes were way too hot and now I mix a lot lower for headroom reasons. It only took me5 years to figure that out lol.

I mainly used Cd mastering(16 bit) and that does a gentle master but on this I used Radio Limiter which has the most balls. Also there’s Pop Radio Limiter and Mixing Limiter.

Poplicious is accurate. Has a good pop groove, is well structured, good mix, Greg. Looks like the 5 years paid off LOL
