I heard the instrumental first- awesomeness, of course. With the words posted in your description, I searched for a vocal file. To my delight, you included it in the full mixdown. JERIS! Your vox ROCKS! If you’re not gonna include it in your preview, I think you should upload your vocal as a pella… Seriously, it’s wonderful. Oh-so-Eels-like (I’m pretty sure I’ve compared your voice to the Eels before- fab, fab band)! I think folks would really enjoy remixing it… cuz really, who doesn’t think nature is damn scary? (Love the lyrics, too- btw.)

OK, I uploaded a new version with a harmony part, but the vocals by themselves sound really bad so I don’t think I’m gonna upload that. It’s partly just the recording and I’m too burnt out on it to record it again..lol.
Now, just checked out the eels..I must have not really listened before cuz I don’t remember any of it…FANTASTIC stuff!!!! Seriously LOVE them. They manage to be grimey and raw and overproduced to the point of brilliance all at the same time…haha Thank you for telling me about it. Cheers : ) |

Niiiiice harmony there.
 I hear ya’- I usually don’t like the sound of my raw vocals soloed. So, I end up posting effected vocals in the preview… often with guitar. But THEN I feel apprehensive about posting guitar b/c there are so many crazy talented guitarists on the site. Ahhhh… So it goes… I’m so glad you checked them out & dig.
