What a cool idea. Reminds me of those old spaghetti westerns. Vocal is a bit too quiet though.

I don’t know why I should be but I gotta admit I’m a little fascinated with your apparent fascination with westerns, rednecks and swampy things. I like it though.

I grew up with Winnetou and spaghetti westerns. Still watch them frequently ;)

Next to that, I guess I’m a bit like the Dutch version of a mountain man, being in the woods a lot. I like horses too. And roe deer. This is my favourite swamp area, only accessable in winter.

I had never heard of Winnetou, don’t think they ever made it to American cinema or book stores. Strike that, looks like they were released here a couple years after the European releases. Also looks like there’s a new one ‘in development’. (imdb)

The music is really great. The stories are by Karl May. I prefer the (original) German movies, but there are english spoken versions on YouTube.

Incredible that you never heard of Winnetou. For us (Europeans) Winnetou and Old Shatterhand are true icons. Not only in the movies, but also in books and cartoons.
