That’s a hilarious piece (video), I love it.

I’m an old guy so dub to me still means stripped down reggae. Sly and Robbie, Augustus Pablo, etc.

Dubstep I was introduced to by these guys - https://vimeo.com/33819486 (best full screen) - some years ago but I never really got into it. I bet it’s quite an experience in person at full volume, but I’m not so sure my heart could take it.

Aquired tastes are always something work on, but I actually heard something presented as the original dubstep from some article years ago, as introduced in England in the 90s underground scene or something, the clips sounded an awful lot like the stuff you hear today, hence that parody video I guess. Adapt, adopt, evolve.
