Definitely interesting enough left sparse, putting a magnifying glass on your electric guitar twists and turns around Pitx’s cool acoustic work.
Great

Don’t you talk ‘bout the guitar talkin’ to me….silly boy. Yer guitar talks with more eloquence than mine. Thanks for listening.

Nice. The title was enough to warrant a comment. Don’t know the circumstances but anyone who is hopeful when dealing with a hospital has my vote :-).

It’s always nice to hear acoustic and electric guitars in tandem, strangely they bear no sonic resemblance, especially when the electric is distorted, but yet they are undeniably kin.

That’s nifty, and to whomever the title refers my very best wishes.

Thanks essesq-
The title refers to myself. I am hopeful, after spending a week in the psychiatric hospital. I will refer you to my earlier remix: “Fleas, Mites, or (Delusional) Parasitosis”.
I still believe they’re real…but they’re soooo much less, after a week in hospital, and 3 at my parents’; I truly am hopeful.

I’ve never heard of delusional parasitosis before, though I can’t doubt it is all too real for you and now it really makes me curious to know more about it.

You have my sympathy and my well wishes too, my friend. Stay hopeful!

Given the current world environment we live in you may be one of the healthiest people around, at least you know what you believe and you are hopeful. I hope you find a way to keep the hope alive. I’ve got a nice set of obstacles in my way right now and I know that can be an ordeal.

Good to have you back. And glad that you have uploaded this as a remix and not as a sample. Great interplay with Pitx.

Thanks for remixing. I miss some of those drums you usually play.
The best wishes for you.

I miss the drums too. At the zenith of the mite-madness, I bagged-up and stored 3 closets worth of bizarre vintage clothing, as well as instruments, equipment etc. that are not absolutely necessary. These items were put in my drum room. The room is packed; and there is not even a path to the drums. I’m scared to go back there. I’m going to buy some percussion instruments at a pawn shop this weekend, so I’ll have something to beat on.
Thanks for reviewing, and for your fantastic samples.

very cool mix. i really dig the contrast between guitars. it’s hard to find a good balance on volume mixing and blending acoustic guitar with a driven electric, but you find a great balance here. really well done.

Thank you very much, MC Jack in the Box. You are right: It is hard to balance the 2, usually; but this one kinda just wrote/mixed itself.
