Olgi Nietipak has been around the musicscene of the city of Groningen, Holland, since the late 1970’s on bass, guitar and drums and has played a variety of musicstyles. Since the break up of his last band Jammah Tammah Olgi has been experimenting with electronic music and his first products were tunes for Nautic Radio, an internet-radiostation that has it’s base in Groningen. His regular contacts with former JT-bandmember Janfie van S. resulted in the production of the tracks Terk and Harmandalidub on the Amsterdam Klezmer Band Remixed! album. Since then Olgi made a dance-style remix for dutch reggaeband Zebra and has been working with serbian/turkish/hungarian company Carlama Orkestar. Recently working on a project with Groningen’s punkrockabilly band the Gravediggers, and just finished a remix for Vicky and Ron, to use their own words: Holland’s worst band (at this moment that is, there have been a few!).
