in zynaddsubfx i have 3 channels/instruments/parts:
1. FM Bass 1
2. Dual Strings
3. AHH Choir 1
i used the default hydrogen drumkit
in seq24 i made loops using midi piano rolls.
Other Notes
if you have linux and open one of the midi files in seq24 (i haven't tested e.g. rosegarden) then open the song editor, you will see the song that i've started. the first 2 midi files have songs, the last midi file with the really long name has even more loops than the first 2 midi files and has no song, only individual loops. i used this file to create wave files from the midi loops.
