handing back his stolen crown
mischievous and often bored
but love or hate, he serve the Lord

so have you ever wondered why

someone else had to die
kill the dream
the fantasy
you can’t call this reality

The Pied Piper took away your rats
but you didn’t cough up
so he took your brats

with a heavy heart
someone has to kill

a pound of gold
a pound of flesh
and a deal’s a deal
with the one you don’t mess

a bigger picture not bigotry
an open mind will help you see

We make up tricks
we make up games
to spin the wheel
and fuel jet planes
here’s a very real perception
what they call economy, we call deception

Inspired by a spooky deep web game, though we’ve only yet seen snapshots, and it’s a possibility that they’ve even shots of us in it.
