is ccmixter safe for use of a demo? and is there a way to upload some samplers to garage band?

note: i have no intention on selling songs with samplers from here.

If you do not plan to sell or make money from your remix, you can download and remix all of the material on ccMixter. At all times, you must comply with license terms, which means the artists you remix must be given proper credit.
