CC Zero as an option for all categories

I’ve noticed that the CC0 option is only available in the “Samples” section, but not for remixes. But if I only use CC0 samples, I think it would be fair if I publish the remix under CC0 as well…

To my understanding, the licensing option for a remix reflects those conditions made available by the original samples you have used. So if you were using a CC-BY-NC sample in your remix, the CC-Zero would never be made available.
Remixing only CC-Zero source would allow you to select CC-zero for the remix.

That’s exactly right. Remix licenses are set by the sources you use. Only licenses compatible with the sources are shown. This is done to ensure a remixer can’t give away rights the source artists never granted.

You would have to choose only CC0 source to see this option, like Scomber says.
