This one’s a little different for you. I like the tightened up groove, the way the vocals are kept front and center, and a terrific guitar solo that is definitely different from your usual playing style.

Thanks Admiral Bob,

The guitar style is more like the way I used to play when I was a lot younger.

I think this pella is one of the best pop-in-its-purest-form pellas on the entire site. It’s a mystery that it hasn’t been used more.
Your mix is perfect for it.
I really like your later chart pop style arrangements like this one and TechPblues. Keep em comin’

Thanks Per,

I was surprised the Pella hadn’t been remixed more but there are so many on the site.

Yep, definitely different, but of the same high standard. Great vocals too. Something I seem to have missed.

I resolved, that I won’t use words like brilliant, fabulous etc. So, it’s just fantastic. :) Unusually now, I’m glad, that you didn’t upload the stems. Must not change it, as I think.

Dark and gritty! I really love the unsettling mood you’ve created for WolfFly’s first class pell. Excellent mix, UD. xxxx

Unlike Zapac, I’m such a lazy bastard and immediately looked for the stems (or at least a BT);-)
I’d love to add this one to my ever growing list of unrealdm “songs to work” and add this to my to-do list.
I am instantly poked in the eye with the alternative possibilities for this one.
Great work once again mate.

Thanks Scomber,

I was trying to be lazy on this using the mixed preview of the Pella rather than using the flacs. Probably should have known better ended up having to mix the separate flac files anyway.

I’ve uploaded the BT now with the guitars separated out.

I really like this track. It’s definitely different from your norm. The only negative is the drums. You really stepped up your drum tracks of late and this is more like a drum machine rather than a real feel drummer I have been accustomed too from you :)

Thanks Copperhead,

I think I probably wanted the harshness of an electronic kit it would have been a conscious (well almost conscious) decision at the time.
