I like this minimal approach—really effective on this straight-ahead number.

This one really takes off around 2:20 when it commits to the Marvin Gaye style pocket bassline, pretty spectular at that part really.

To be honest the distorted snare is a neat effect, I’m not sure it carries the whole way through.

Nice. I enjoyed that bass line and the beat but the vocals were a little to crazy for me at times.

If I were driving at night, and this was playing on the radio, I’d go the long way, or stop for coffee maybe…sit in the parking lot at dunkin’ donuts and just listen.

I love this sound.
