Well, this happens. I’m pleased to see that you took a similar approach—keeping the backing track out of the way while Robert does his thing. I think I detect you reinforcing that tinge of menace that Robert wove in. And of course, big props for the multiple sources you used.

True confession - I’ve had this as an instrumental in my backlog for weeks. When I heard Robert’s pell I thought it might be a good fit.
I was also pleased to see/hear that you had uploaded a version. I like that yours has more of the actual content Robert provided. And the mood match is spot on. |

I still don’t really know how to describe what you do but it’s consistently impressive. Here it’s like you’ve stirred the vocals into a weirdly compatible gumbo of prog and King Tubby.
