yep, no doubt there are some rude & inconsiderate folks out there. i always imagine that their attitude guarantees they’re going to have a crappy day… and i won’t. enjoyed the vignette.

I have to admit, I hold my tongue with people these days for fear that they’re armed and trigger-happy. Of course, living in the perspective of fear isn’t healthy… but I suppose it’s a subdued fear.

I really appreciate this story. Your voice has a warm and inviting tone. I, too, like people when there are less of them. I am also very sensitive to sound. One of the things that gives me the most friction is when my husband watches TV and leaves the room with the ads running while I’m cooking or doing yoga, so the remote is not near me. I don’t like watching TV AT ALL and especially hate the sound of the fake laugh tracks and loud sounds that annoy my ears.
