It’s an early Sunday morning and I’m staying in my apartment where the sun is already beating down on the Delta. The Windows of the high rise buildings in the distance reflect the light towards me forcing me to wake up. The CCM music plays in the background and the kids are stirring. I’ve already had a coffee and the second ones about to disappear too.

I don’t go to church despite saying the odd prayer but your mix is a great rhythmical hymn to start the day with.

Onto coffee number 3. Thank God I don’t smoke!!

Thanks for your words RT in between your morning coffee chugs :-)

(incidently, its 3am Sunday Morning in Holland, where are you at exactly in this big rocky circle i like to call the world?)

At the moment I’m in China just over the border from Hong Kong in China’s fastest growing city, Shenzhen. I also live at times in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

At 6’4” and with a remarkably handsome Western visage (sadly no hair!) I tend to stand out a bit!!

Chinese word for modesty? Is there one? Not how we think of it. It’s here. Lots of Confucianism re bald guys! esp ones from out of town! Cool, didn’t know you were in THAT neck of the woods!; visit every couple of years and I am still amazed how its a different place every time I return. Plenty of massages with happy endings and a hangover/asthma attack is what I remember about Shenzhen. (oh and the trucks queuing at the HK border with our shit in it)

Wow, impressive. The experience of living in those cities must clearly reflect in your music…

Hair over rated.

I suffer the opposite problem, I’m 6ft yet since Holland is one of the tallest countries I still feel like a midget :-)

Mate, I’ll have to say again - that your sound is so big that I fear that every dike (the earthen variety) in Holland is quivering and ready to breach. Clog tappn stuff; nice contrast between CG’s sweet optimism and the inevitability of self destruction that pervades your last couple of tracks. Cheers!

Wow, this is great. What an atmosphere you have created here. But watch out for those dikes. I am below sea level also. ;-)

Ha ha, thanks mate. Don’t worry though, the Dutch authorities tell me that the dikes will hold…

This is wonderful…fantastic mood and atmosphere - how it builds up…
the vox placements are rich and well placed…that supportive music pulls you onward - I really like these “anthem” style songs (as you know).
Cheers!

This is a great electro-rock track undoubtely
In my opinion, CG’s voice does not add anything to it, and seems like out of context — in my subjective point of view, of course :)

I like it. The distortion makes CG sound even more angelic.

Thank you very much for including us:-)
