I’d like to say you “brightened” my day with this but anyone who has listened to it would know I was lying. Let’s say I was enlightened. Thank you. I am honored.

It is a great lyric and I listened to this as I listen to very good documentary (radio or tv) with special sensitivity that only well done writen and well recited ones create in me
Interesting when the poet himself chooses his backing track! CSM track is more than appropriated, it is like an enzyme intensifying the lyrics! So - I like it very much Back home (I`m abroad with only basic gear) I will try your lyrics with my project “Dresden,Firestorm 1945”. If is ok for me I´will upload it here. Thanks Rob sharing this intense work! |

Thanks. It was written more as an essay of reflection than a poem. Later I was listening to CSM’s Deep Chant & they seemed to be made for each (if that isn’t being too presumptuous!)
I’d love to hear your mix, wired_ant! |

Sweet! Well, not in meaning, but in contribution. Thank you for this thought provoking piece. When I’m in a more ambient / downtempo / cinematic mood perhaps I’ll take a shot at remixing it.
