Calling Sister Midnight composed this as a tribute to the victims of the Great Earthquake and Tsunami of last year. I hope she doesn’t think that my use of this to accompany my own reflection isn’t appropriate - the operatic/ cinematic quality of this beautiful production was the obvious choice for me! I’ve been astounded by the standard of her work since she was randomly allocated me in a secret mixter & came up with Fat Lady Japan.
(There’s a clean, dry vocal version for download. I’d be honoured to hear other artists’ interpretations!)
