I like how this is at times melodic, at times freeform atonal, and at times playfully jazzy!

Thanks for the thumbs up. It’s been a while since I tried a guitar instrumental. Well, this isn’t quite it but close enough.

Oh Ivan, this is magical. Simultaneously ancient and modern sounding. Easily soundtrack material. Good work — bravo!!!

A lush, pleasant cruise to the place where the river of post-rock meets the river of dream-pop. I suggest you add the soundtrack tag (which may then get rendered as music_for_film as this attribution song will be a real find for anyone on dig hunting for this type of thing. Lovely song—really well mixed and a good listen.

DONE! Thanks for that tip. I was wondering how to tag it under “Tubed By You”. BTW, this was simply poetic: “A lush, pleasant cruise to the place where the river of post-rock meets the river of dream-pop.” WOW. I’m gonna use this quote! Thanks!!!

Five minutes well worth it! You know I like your music so I had to comment but this one is crazy well done! And of course I’m going to have even more fun chopping up these bits (especially the Ehru) 8^) Good job man! This is the kind of music I like to make when I sit down for instrumentals… it’s cinematic.

Thank you! I was thinking of the “Leap of the Heart” theme. In the end, I just winged it, lol

I’d almost call this a soundscape than an instrumental Ivan - it really takes you an a journey, (or in contrast - a good song to walk on for a journey!)

Great production too, I’ll have to bug ya one of these days on what your effects stacks are :D

Nice track fits well with the Disney Greenhouse inside of living tour theme thought you might like to see it since “they” didn’t go out of “their” way to trackback it nor find out whom you collaborated with and give them credit. (CDK)I think that Dig ccmixter enables people to be lazy/greedy/missinformed..and it does not credit colaborators…I wonder if this is a conspiracy? lol..a toast to evolution!…..I found this gem on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_1oxiAokDKI I will go out of my way to trackback it Thanks

Thanks for alerting me to that video. I noticed they have provided the credits in the description, so that works too. Yeah, seems some error in submitting a trackback. Tried again and got an error message. Regarding the crediting of collaborators — would be ideal if there’s some global system where the remix history is shown.
