The virtual duet reminds me a bit of some of Peter Gabriel’s work, in that it finds the halfway point between atonality and tonality, giving it an eerie quality… a kind of harmony/discord with tension in it.

This works. I’m usually not a fan of extremely repetitive music, but here that central musical theme really keeps the parts together, the guitar augments the drama. Nice piece. Thanks for including me :-).

I really like the powerful, subtle, emotionally charged b/t here which works so well with the sorrowful wisdom of Panu’s classic, W&A&L. Lovely to hear it mixed again and mixed with a master’s touch. Thank you, rt. (PS: I’m leaving the recommending to P on this one!)

Ah, beautiful ccm classic war and art and love, it’s a delight to hear it again with a good production. I play a small part in this, yet being remixed does not often happen to me and the Ganesha Atharwa Sheersha was uploaded long time back, I didn’t expect. The indian original has no harmonic development, so it’s big fun to hear it in a pop context.

it all fits beautifully. i might have called it ‘goa & art & love’, but essesq’s apt spoken word and the poetry of fourstone’s father and the engaging (not repetitive at all) backing with searing guitar all underscore the message. i try to make sense of it all, therefore i am.
