I was envisioning one of those ’60s foreign films with too-highlightened colors and an exotic actress with heavy-lidded eyes singing and dancing slowly in some exotic land.
Musically - its great…the vocals fit the mood and though changed from their original intent, remain captivating. Good one RT.

RT, this is astounding. I can see the whole thing… and the vocal harmonies… you are the master.

I think the elephants have their toenails painted.
Love your regular excursions into the subcontinent RT - I can even taste last nights curry on this one.
I’m not a riverdance fan, but would enjoy Bertha screwing the slipper on to poor Michael though. The sand on the floor would soak up the blood.

Phwaw!! Incredible, rt. Absolutely love it. “I’d give it foive” (do you remember that girl with the beehive who used to be in that pop programme on ITV circa 1964? If not, you won’t know what the hell I’m talking about).

Oh yes I remember Janice Nicholls!

It was a toss up between her and David Jacobs as to where my affections lay.

Well I was very young and in my formative years!

For the record I am straight but not as straight as I used to be!

Pendanctic time! It was actually the BBC!

Yes, Janice Nicholls. Whatever happened to her?! And Monica Rose? We went for ‘Jukebox Jury’ in the end because The Beatles were on it. Naturally, I wasn’t born at the time ….

I knew once a girl who has a job wiping, then oiling, wiping, and then re-oiling, Michael F’s chests in- between dances. This is an odd and exotic take on the 24 ton business, it feels at odd in my head, but I think it should.

second track of the night and another great ethnic sound but also took me to a very PJ Harvey place—certainly a good place to go. Well done RT
