Oh! my what a wonderful piece of work.

Your voice sits with the accompaniment so well and the atmosphere created is really something special.

Glad you liked it. It was first foray into unassisted mixing… usually I get my poor brother to do all the technical stuff….I’m really happy how it turned out.

This is so beautiful and way too short. Sometimes a few ingredients is all you need to create something special.

I raise my glass in a salut!
This is so Romantica and speaks to me on so many levels. A wonderful, personal and truly poetic offering!

Thanks so much Anchor. In my dreams, I often visit the desert. Maybe one day I’ll be able to see it in person.

hey girlie- this is breathtaking- I love the subtle nuances you use, simply speaking, to elevate the piece to almost singing- just great.

Thanks KT,
In my head, there’s a spanish singer singing it….this piece is really just spoken subtitles for a flamenco song…all passion and angst.

Mine too. It’s probably because the hair cells have had a good night’s rest too.

Fantastic! I love the way your words almost form a duet with the guitar, very intimate.

Thanks. A pretty and emotive text. The warm place that sprung you up is Sevilla. Just before I recorded and uploaded ‘Myxtery’ I went to that city and inhaled its ambiance and, of course, go to a traditional flamenco concert in a little patio… It was december and the weather was cold, but the sky ligth was brilliant and the people in the streets.

Oh! So lovely, evocative. I hate to get up from this rich divan of language and tone that you created here.
