haha, don’t get me wrong, i love my mayo, just not so much on fries, although the idea has grown on me as i’ve eaten “belgian” fries, which typically includes some variety of exotic dipping sauce choice like aioli or wasabi mayo. i’m still a ketchup kind of guy. at least with my fries. although garlic fries with a mayo-based aioli is pretty good i admit. :)

Here in Amsterdam, the tomato and mayo mix is what makes the frites’, mmm now Im thinking about food [Scott heads for the kitchen].

And don’t forget the unions.
