You really took it up a notch here with this one spinningmerkaba. Love the direction you went with the music, giving it that Sunday Afternoon drive through the country quality about this mix. Impressive work.

You’re too kind MJ! I did learn a lot in this mix, each one brings new knowledge, a new perspective.

I didn’t really hear the country folksy vibe while recording— and a few others have said similar things about this mix. It’s weird how that can happen.

Thanks again for your comments.

Excellent track. The rhythm is so good. A new genre is born, “Excentric folk”..sort of. Love it!

We should have a ‘wall of guitars’ megamix colaboration one of these days ;-)

Rock On, and thanks for your comments.

Oh come on! This is just so great! I love the whole sound first of all — it is just so up my alley with a nod to folky-psychedelia-California pop (you know, my ancestors were hippies, what can I say?) with decidedly contemporary tones. I love this song!

I quess if you’ve been on the west coast for any length of time you’re bound to have some hippie in you. It’s in the air, and the water.

I was really happy Anomaly Jones liked it!

Very creative rhythmic mix here. I love how you chop up AJ’s vocals to take her pella in a new direction. Inspiring, indeed…

This is done really well. I like the way you repeat a vocal phrase and constantly change the music under it just a tad to keep the listener interested. This could just play on and on and I would not get sick of it :) Nicely done :)
