for never remixing hip-hop before, i’m impressed. cool combination of JLang’s pell and and other samples. your affinity for repetition creates a hooky track that pulls me in. really loved the police-car sample and radio garble too. great mix!

Lose people with that beginning? I think not!! The percussive sounds would have worked all on their own.
And the Hill Street Blues style piano adds an emotional texture that sentimentalizes the pella quite a bit. And I like the underwater string section. :) This is really, really good work. |

Love the percussion in the beginning and that piano is hypnotic. Really loved the cop and Malcolm X samples, SWEET. For someone who doesn’t do hip hop, you really captured the groove.
Thank you for the early morning smile. |

Great hip hop track, dude. The backing track really embodies the pellas. There is a lot of emotion built into this, it’s tangible. Love it.

If everybody would stay savely in there own genre boxes there would be any progression in music. So I’m glad you didn’t because then we would have missed this.

This just gets better and better! Love the queer intro and the way the piece then evolves into sweet, sublime hip-hop and ends with that great percussion part. Smooth! :) b.k.
