Cool beat!

The snare has a slightly anoying frequency on my speakers though… (maybe it’s the speakers)

My respect for your skills grows every time I hear your work.

Not perfect, but the heart and skill put into your works is obvious.

I really like the music, I was waiting for your trademark bass-line but you took a different approach, sparse beats with a more subdued bass, it works.

Dude, when I saw that you were putting down a verse…I didn’t want to have to be harsh, but I tell it like it is…

Great work! I hear the confidence, the beginnings of a flow. I really like how your lyrics played off on the ideas of my verse. It sounds like you practiced, you sound confident and it sounds like you want to be hot. If you come out like that as an MC, no one can fault you.

When you performing verses, place strategic pauses in speech where necessary, create a cadence and flow with the words, rap in a rhythm that makes the listener want to listen. Some people don’t even listen to the lyrics or comprehend them, they like how the MC is rhyming.

Also it was a short verse, maybe you could have had a breakdown or bridge or some sonic transition to introduce your abbreviated verse, but besides that, it sounds like you got the beginnings of a flow coming together.

I tip my NY Yankees cap to you. I listened to this a few times and I dig what you did.

Nice and punchy unstrument/beat choices as usual, I especially like that grindy clavinet-like bit lurking back there. Fun to hear you get on the mic too; like CB said, maybe a bridge before you come in, but good energy/attitude.
