This is one very cool slice of cool. Excellent use of that muted trumpet sample too. I usually pass on uploads with a hip_hop tag (just don’t care to be yelled at or given instructions) but trip_hop - whole other thing. I sure am glad I didn’t miss this.

I’m in total agreement about the “trip hop” genre. This is excellent — roomy so there’s lots of places to go in your head — instead of being hauled around by your collar or your hair. Excellent use of this chilly and smooth sample and your foil of that zippity synth keeps it from going where you might expect and down and unfamiliar street.
