I can honestly say this is the first free time I,ve had in several weaks my eleven year olds off visiting Gra.P,s for spring break.Anyhow just wanted say thanks very much for both reviews.

what crossed my mind was being Madonna/True Blue like.I wondered how the BD was translating on different systems, is the attack to sharp or to loud.With mixing its easier to hear whats right,than to hear whats wrong after spending enough time on something.Thanks very much for the input.

The kick drum has well define transient (sharp attack), which is not problematic if that is your desired sound. With respect to loudness, the kick is predominant.

The sharp kick may be problematic in this regard: There may be some conflict in the low end between the bass and the kick. Suggest that you listen to the bass and kick alone to determine is they are stepping on each other in some places especially where the kick and bass are hitting on the same beat.

Something else you can check is to see if there is any pitch content in your kick drum. If there is, check to see that it is relative to the bass pitch. See example http://www.youtube.com/watc...
