Yeah. I think I have heard the track life on this event. Glad you found a recording of it. ;-)

An elevated track for Kara’s song. I dig the vibe!

I love it when a song does one thing (in this case “spread joy”) and does it Well.
Alas, Texas still hasn’t legalized… what’s the holdup?

Awesome, thank you mwic, that is very kind of you :)

… patience — Rome wasn’t flipped in a day ;)

Makes me smile. Thank you, Apoxode. And thank you for all of your kind words. I’m glad you found this limited edition record… was it in the bin by Melanie’s records by any chance?

You are most definitely welcome, Kara :)
I really believe the message you have in this song, it is aspirational!

Yeah, I do recall seeing that record as well. As it turns out, I needed a key for these new skates of mine :)

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And for my next joke, what’s the deal with bell-bottom jeans?
Are we expecting sudden grow spurts or something?
And what about pet rocks?
I mean, what’s next, rock parks where they can meet other rocks?
Come on!

I loved reading your words about Kara, her ukulele, her hopefulness around music and of course, CHOCOLATE! (did you know Kara worked in a chocolate shop for years???)

that bass line is phat!

i feel happier already. :)

Thank you, Snowflake :) I am glad to know this helped you feel better!

I did not know Kara worked in a chocolate shop, that is kind of spooky. Sometimes my brain suggests the most serendipitous things :)

Love that bass line, too … all Kara’s btw :)

LOL, yes of course, not to say working in a chocolate shop is spooky :) That would definitely be cool!

Even spookier? I have dipped SO MANY CHERRIES! Though I must admit, I can’t eat them anymore. I do still love very dark chocolate.

Mmm … very dark chocolate (drools transcendentally)

That makes sense, like if someone made sandwiches for a living they wouldn’t want to come home to a dinner of … sandwich! With sandwich on the side, and to drink … meatballs.

Really like the vintage effect, one of those songs where lofi is actually as hifi as it gets

Right on, thank you Scomber, I appreciate that :)
Lofi gives tracks a treasure value, I think.

I like how you used vocals in one of your lofi pieces. Very nice arrangement. The bass too of course. Thumbs up!
Oh and thanks for the ed pic. Total surprise.

Thank you so much, septahelix, I appreciate that alot!

You are very welcome for the ed. pick, I think the work you put into bringing up Joel Frijters is exceptional and deserves recognition — the reviews back me up on that one :)
