catpaw is an experimental music project that focuses on sampling from other’s music to create new sounds. let us say: “catpaw is not a pop act. we are here to be free and have honest fun. get with it.” though the members of catpaw exist in a few other musical projects, this is the only one that deals in sampling - so this is where that avenue is fully explored. sometimes sounding like a (good or bad) acid trip, other times like a bit of travel through the deepest ends of outer space, catpaw is here to make your inner ear purr……
