Samples I Used
Even though it was not a part of the contest rules I decided to limit myself to only using sounds from the Ana sample packs.
Process
First I used Peak to convolve samples together more or less randomly. I took the best results from this process and made the synth sounds using Live's racks and simpler.
Then I cut up various samples and played them with my Trigger Finger. I recorded these 'jam sessions' and picked out my favorite bits. Then I built drum kits from the drum loops provided and played them with the Trigger Finger as well. The first beat heard is made from breathing sounds I pulled from the vocal track.
Other Notes
This is my first remix. For every idea you here in this song there were at least five other ideas that didn't get used. I welcome feedback.
