Samples I Used

L.T.H. stems

Original Samples

Extra snare, breakbeat & reversed synth hit

Process

I added some processed versions of the original and layered them over the original.

Drums:
First I sampled the bassdrum and created a 4x4 loop.
Then I filtered the lower frequencies out of the orignal and mixed the two together. Then I sampled a clap sound that was somewhere single and placed it on every 2nd note. I also added an extra snare on evry 8th note

Bass
Dubbed the original with a version that went through a HP filter and an overdrive to give it a bit more character

Gitar
Original went through a notch filter and a chorus. The 2nd part was send to another channel, put it through a valvedriver, a chorus and the through an eq wich removed everything below 600hz. I also used a delay on a send track
1st & 2nd where then heavily compressed together

Lead synth
To at some extra clarity I dubbed the original at some points with an version that's 1 octave higher (detuned that a littlebit).
Both where send through a widener and 2 stereo delays.
In the break and beginning I opened the mix of the widener and first stereo. In the part after the break I allmost closed both in order to get it more upfront

Vocal
First I made the stereo file mono. That was directerd to the master and to another channel with an 3D delay plugin.

When the arrangment was finished I bounced the instrumental version and added some extra HP filtertweaks.
Then I mixed both instrumental and the vocal with the ozone preset 4 bands midrange dynamics
